Hello, my name is Nihad Isgandarov and I’ve spent years working as an Excel mentor and business/data analyst, building financial models, automated workflows, and dashboards that founders actually use. I support early-stage startup founders during the set-up phase that’s when mentoring adds the most value that helping you design investor-ready models, automate reporting, and turn messy data into clear decisions. My interests are data literacy, applied analytics (Excel, Power BI, Python), practical business analysis, and sustainability-minded entrepreneurship. I mentor through short, practical assignments so founders leave with a tangible deliverable and the confidence to explain it.
I mentor because it’s a two-way win: I get to give back while discovering what’s next. I want to support the startup ecosystem and help early founders turn ideas into working products that sharing practical skills in Excel, data analysis, and product-first thinking. At the same time I’m scouting promising teams for potential investments, advisory roles, or board seats, and mentoring is the best way to spot founders who are coachable and execution-focused.
I also love learning about new industries and business models that every mentee teaches me something valuable that sharpens my judgment and opens doors for collaboration. Finally, mentoring builds meaningful connections for me and the organizations I work with, and it’s simply rewarding to watch someone grow from unsure to confident.
