I am deeply interested in mentoring because I believe that knowledge and experience gain their highest value when shared to empower others. Over the years, I have observed that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of economic development, yet many entrepreneurs struggle with challenges such as access to finance, business planning, operational efficiency, and market linkages. My motivation to mentor comes from a strong desire to help these enterprises overcome such hurdles, build resilience, and achieve sustainable growth.

My primary focus areas include business development, financial literacy, sustainable agricultural enterprises, and organizational management. I am particularly passionate about guiding MSMEs in strategic planning, record-keeping, and leveraging innovation to scale their businesses. I also emphasize the importance of adopting best practices in governance, marketing, and resource management to improve competitiveness in today’s dynamic economy.

Through mentoring, I aim to share practical insights, provide encouragement, and serve as a sounding board for entrepreneurs as they navigate challenges. My interest lies not only in supporting MSMEs to survive but in equipping them with tools and knowledge to thrive, create jobs, and contribute meaningfully to economic transformation. By mentoring, I hope to inspire confidence, foster innovation, and contribute to building a strong network of resilient, growth-driven businesses

I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and emerging entrepreneurs through mentoring because I strongly believe that growth and success are most impactful when shared. My own experiences have shown me that many entrepreneurs face challenges not because they lack passion or ideas, but because they do not have access to the right guidance, networks, or support systems. By mentoring, I can help bridge that gap and provide practical insights that shorten their learning curve.
Startups are the lifeblood of innovation and economic transformation, and I see mentoring as a way to nurture that potential. My focus is on equipping entrepreneurs with skills in business planning, financial management, market strategy, and resilience building, while also inspiring them to embrace innovation and sustainability. More importantly, I want to contribute to a culture of collaboration where knowledge is passed forward to strengthen the ecosystem as a whole.
Giving back through mentoring is also my way of ensuring that the next generation of entrepreneurs is better positioned to succeed than the last.
