Hello, my name is Rebeka and I have been building technology companies and digital products for more than a decade. Over this journey, I’ve led the creation of more than 300 products across multiple industries, always with a focus on practical innovation and scalability. I believe that technology only makes sense when it expands, enhances, and transforms our humanity, and this principle has guided my work in both corporate and startup environments.
My current focus is on artificial intelligence, product innovation, and strategic business transformation. I am especially interested in supporting early-stage and traction-phase companies, where mentorship can make the biggest difference in shaping the product, team, and go-to-market strategy.
I want to contribute by sharing my expertise in AI adoption, product design, and operational growth, while also learning from the new generation of founders who are building the future. I see mentoring as an opportunity to create meaningful connections within the global startup ecosystem, especially in emerging markets, and to collaborate with founders who are eager to turn ideas into sustainable, impactful businesses.
My motivation for becoming a mentor comes from a genuine desire to give back to the startup ecosystem that has shaped my own journey. I have experienced firsthand how early guidance can accelerate growth, reduce mistakes, and unlock opportunities that might otherwise take years to discover. Mentorship allows me to share practical lessons learned from building hundreds of products and leading companies through complex challenges. At the same time, it is a powerful two-way exchange — by supporting founders, I also stay connected to fresh ideas, new perspectives, and innovative ways of thinking. For me, mentoring is about creating meaningful impact, helping entrepreneurs transform their vision into reality, and strengthening the ecosystem through collaboration and trust.
