Mohamed Sharaf Eldin, MCC, ACTC, brings over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, having worked with prominent companies such as France Telecom, Siemens, Nokia, Etisalat, Vodafone, and Mixel. He is a Leadership Development Consultant focused on helping leaders enhance their own relationships and those within their teams. A firm believer in the interconnectedness of all things, he advocates for growth through conflict resolution. By aligning tools, behaviors, and processes, he aims to boost workforce engagement within an environment that values openness, clarity, candor, and innovation. Leveraging his extensive organizational experience, he designs customized learning experiences that are streamlined and purpose-driven, while also keeping an eye on future trends, upskilling, and reskilling needs. In addition to his commitment to educating and mentoring coaches through his own coaching education school and reflective practice, he volunteers with the International Coach Federation as a Co-Lead of the Global Knowledge Community. This global role focuses on enhancing the quality of coaching education and staying informed about trends worldwide. As of May 2025, selected in the Advisory Counsil of Mentor Coaching, and Supervision in ICF, to define Mentor Coaching and Supervision development road map. Coaching Philosophy We engage in collective learning through reflective practice, examining challenges from multiple viewpoints to foster empathy and connection with our surroundings, which ultimately enhances leadership effectiveness. Throughout our collaborative journey, we will explore together, approach situations with a renewed perspective, and co-develop plans from which we can learn and evolve alongside our teams and systems.
