About

As a venture builder and product expert, I’ve built, scaled, and restructured ventures at the intersection of retail, technology, marketplaces, SaaS, and AI. I currently work in a startup studio as a venture builder in a “fractional co-founder” capacity, partnering directly with founders to validate ideas, shape products, and accelerate growth. I live and breathe the realities that early-stage entrepreneurs face every day.

My focus areas are product strategy and development, go-to-market execution, and growth acceleration with a strong emphasis on customer discovery, data-driven decision making, and building resilient/tested systems that scale.

But beyond frameworks and strategies, what I REALLY bring is empathy and clarity: I know the founder’s journey is equal parts exhilarating and isolating, and I mentor in a way that makes entrepreneurs feel both challenged and supported.

What makes me especially excited about VCA4 is the chance to bridge ecosystems. I operate from Dubai, a hub that is increasingly becoming a global connector, and I see huge opportunity to transfer insights between emerging and established markets. I want to empower founders to think globally, scale faster, and avoid the costly mistakes I’ve already seen up close.

This is not just about giving back; it’s about the power of community and support – something I believe is deeply missing from the startup ecosystem.

Mentorship motivation

  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent
  • I want to scout for new opportunities in engaging as an advisor or for a board seat

I mentor because I believe entrepreneurship, innovation and empathy is what makes the world go round. My own journey started on the ground: first as a marketing manager, then as a product manager, then in growth product roles, and eventually into venture building. Having lived this progression, I know how challenging and uncertain each stage can feel. Mentorship gives me the chance to share practical lessons from across this spectrum: from driving go-to-market execution and customer growth, to navigating pivots, scaling product-led organizations, and co-building startups in a “fractional co-founder” capacity.

At the same time, I see mentorship as an exchange: an opportunity to learn from ambitious founders tackling new challenges, and to scout for opportunities where my expertise can make a deeper impact whether through advisory roles or longer-term collaboration.

Finally, I want to build bridges. Based in Dubai, I am well-positioned to connect international ecosystems and facilitate knowledge-sharing across regions. By mentoring at VCA4, I aim to not only support entrepreneurs but also strengthen networks that enable ideas to scale globally.
