With roots in Austria and Germany, I have over a decade’s worth of hands-on experience in strategy, growth, and company building. I have worked with start-ups in the early stages of development, businesses looking to scale up, and large-scale corporate transformations, including post-merger integrations on a global scale.

These experiences have shaped my views on quality and positioning and taught me how to fulfil the expectations of B2B, B2C and D2C clients.

My mentoring is based on practical, principled entrepreneurship. I have advised founders and CEOs on go-to-market strategies, products & services, and organisational design, and I understand what works and what doesn’t. Above all, I have helped them to make the right decisions at the right time.

I look forward to providing honest feedback, strategic input, and access to my European network where appropriate.

I view mentoring as a strategic dialogue, not a lecture, and I aim to provide structure, perspective, and constructive criticism where they add value.

I am actively seeking opportunities to engage with ambitious scale-ups or established businesses as a strategic advisor or board member. I have an award-winning background in building and scaling ventures across Europe and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and have been involved in several startups, including those that have achieved successful exits, as an investor, operator or founder. I am especially interested in opportunities where I can contribute more than just capital, such as perspective, structure and a clear, founder-friendly approach to growth.

My focus areas include digital platforms, B2B/B2C and D2C solutions, fintech and scalable services in emerging markets. I am also particularly motivated by ventures that combine commercial potential with a tangible local impact.

I believe that my cross-border experience, combined with an open and pragmatic mindset, could be valuable to start-ups navigating the complexities of the early stages, international expansion or strategic inflection points. Depending on the fit and needs of the team, I am open to formal board seats or more flexible advisory roles.
