Florian Manderscheid

Over the years, I have worked at the intersection of product development, hardware design, and entrepreneurship support, both in Europe and emerging markets such as Sri Lanka. These experiences have shown me how much value entrepreneurs can unlock when they receive the right guidance at the right stage of their journey.

My focus areas include product design and development (especially hardware, IoT, and consumer products), innovation processes such as design thinking, and building efficient supply and manufacturing systems. I also have experience in developing training materials, leading workshops, and supporting startups in refining their market approach, storytelling, and fundraising readiness.

For me, it is also about strengthening the ecosystem as a whole. When entrepreneurs succeed, they inspire others, create jobs, and generate new solutions to real-world challenges. By mentoring, I can contribute to that ripple effect and ensure that upcoming founders feel supported, encouraged, and equipped to turn their ideas into impact.
