I’m a business coach, mentor, and facilitator with over 11 years of experience helping entrepreneurs, startups, and SMEs across Africa grow and thrive. My background in strategic project management and digital transformation means I don’t just give advice—I give practical, actionable strategies that work. Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching, agile workshops, or innovation-driven programs, I help business owners build resilience, streamline operations, and scale sustainably. My approach? A mix of empathy, accountability, and real-world results—because your success is what drives me.
As the Lead Mentor and Business Coach at Kamamoja Consulting, I have dedicated over a decade to supporting entrepreneurs in Africa’s emerging ecosystems. I am applying to become a mentor with VC4A because I believe in the transformative power of guided entrepreneurship—and I’m deeply committed to helping early-stage founders unlock their full potential through mentorship that is empathetic, strategic, and grounded in real-world experience guided by the “Servant Leadership” Principles. At Kamamoja, we work closely with youth-led ventures, micro and small enterprises, and innovation-driven startups across diverse sectors—from digital tech and retail to social impact. My mentoring approach combines structured coaching frameworks with contextual sensitivity, helping founders build resilient business models, improve investor readiness, and navigate market entry challenges in resource-constrained environments. VC4A’s mission to support high-potential entrepreneurs across Africa aligns perfectly with my purpose and values. I am particularly drawn to the collaborative, peer-driven nature of the VC4A platform, and I see this as an opportunity to give back while learning from a global network of innovators and mentors. Through this opportunity, I look forward to contributing my experience in agile business strategy, pitch development, customer validation, and entrepreneurial leadership to help startups grow sustainably. I’m also excited to build new partnerships, share tools that have worked for Kamamoja’s coaching clients, and be part of a larger ecosystem that is shifting the narrative of African entrepreneurship. Together, we can build businesses that not only scale but create meaningful impact in their communities.
