I am deeply passionate about mentoring because I believe in empowering the next generation of professionals and entrepreneurs to unlock their potential, avoid common pitfalls, and accelerate their growth. Over my 20+ years in financial management, audit, investments, and business advisory, I have benefited from the guidance of mentors whose insights transformed my career. Mentoring allows me to give back by sharing my knowledge, real-world experience, and networks to help others succeed.
My focus areas include financial management, investment readiness, governance, and business development for SMEs and start-ups. I am particularly committed to supporting entrepreneurs and professionals in Africa to access capital, strengthen their business models, and build sustainable enterprises. I also mentor in leadership development, career progression in finance and audit, and strategic decision-making, leveraging my roles as CFO, fund manager, and board director.
I enjoy working with founders and early-career professionals to refine their business strategies, enhance financial literacy, and navigate investor engagement confidently. I am especially drawn to mentoring in sectors such as agribusiness, fintech, education, and health, where I have hands-on experience delivering impact-driven solutions.
I see mentorship as a platform to inspire, equip, and challenge mentees to achieve measurable results, while fostering innovation, ethical leadership, and resilience. My goal is to help mentees bridge the gap between vision and execution, positioning them to thrive in competitive and evolving markets.
